When I was younger, wellness appeared to me like a safety net. Something I could trust in amidst so many schemes. I thought that if my body or mind was having an issue, a homeopathic product or service would heal without harm.
This mindset left me vulnerable to a lot of traps that not only ate up my money, but also worsened my mental health.
In this website you’ll find a blog with:
-A blog about my personal experiences as a Millennial navigating life
-Excerpts from Dream Academy, a dystopian trilogy about a dream and wellness school that turns into a living nightmare

They said she spoke peculiar statements and that her eyes were bloodshot and wild, darting in various directions. This could’ve easily been chalked up to Martha being Martha, but those who witnessed said it hit differently. Felicia claimed she had been so worried she sent Martha an email informing she was only a phone call away if she needed her. There were rumors that she had gone off with Landon. Landon was absent the next day. And the following days. This was good. Staci, and Cleo, didn’t know what they’d do if they saw him. All of this information came to Staci after a several hour shock period. Though she always likes to get to the bottom of things, she initially couldn’t bear to even wrap her head around the news. It would require accepting it. That, Staci could not do. But life doesn’t always carve out a comfortable space to grieve in. Staci has to put her own emotions aside for more pressing matters. Kaliya, if she is to put a name on it.
